Why and How we do what we do

FOR EVERY SIZE AND BACKGROUND OF YOUTH GROUP...

We support many different types of youth groups – youth centres, cadet, scout, guides, church, sports clubs, young farmers and many more groups all wanting to give their young people a challenge in the outdoors.

The group can help organise the event, make decisions on the activities you want to take part in depending on what your objectives are.

Do you need the group to work together more; by doing activities they haven’t tried before, forging a closer bond with teammates and improving results on the field, or in competitions for cadet groups, in the youth centre.

For the scout and guide groups we are able to support your badge schemes with our taster sessions – kayaking, canoeing, sailing, windsurfing either as taster sessions or an NGB award if you need team building activities using the Dragon Boats or rafting equipment.

With 40 years at the forefront of the industry and drawing on the insights of a senior coaching team with over 100 years collective experience, South Cerney Outdoor has created a unique range of syllabus options and a development framework that enables individuals to grow in key skills that have tangible benefits both inside and outside the classroom
