CORPORATE EVENTS FACILITATOR

We are looking for trainer / facilitators for our unique corporate team programme of activities at South Cerney Outdoor and above all else, we need some great personalities that know how to draw the best out of people.

You will not need any previous experience in the Outdoor or Water Sports Industry, but you will need to be an exceptional group communicator, and experienced at leading and motivating adults, ideally with a training, facilitating, coaching or mentoring background. We will provide you with all the activity training you require, but you will need the ability to confidently adapt and think creatively on your feet whilst with your group and under pressure.

You will need to have a good level of life-experience to be able to develop the rapport and motivation necessary to help our customer groups including leadership development, enhanced communication, resilience or high jinx fun. You will be working with corporate clients, either on your own or as part of a larger team, to deliver epic outdoor adventure experiences from team challenges, bush craft and survival skills, competitions and themed events.

We will train you with the activity skills and qualifications you need, but you would need to come armed with the qualities and skills to lead the group. Experience of confidently speaking to groups of up to 100 people would be advantageous.

You will be working with groups of 5-10 people, facilitating activities and specific learning and development needs through a range of unique and fun outdoor experiences, so a love of the outdoors is also a must.

At present these are mostly casual working hours. Normally between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and either a half to a full day at a time that could work around other commitments.
