This was our second visit here. The first time we hired a Katakanu and this time we hired a Canoe. We had a fantastic time both times. We don't do water sports very often and my oldest gets quite anxious at times. The instructors were very helpful and reassuring to my oldest. We enjoyed the yummy cake and drinks in the cafe afterwards too! Would definitely go again.

We keep coming back! The kids love going to the summer Discover Days. They’ve been l nearly every summer for the last few years. The kids enjoy the sessions and sun happy as they are very good value for money given that you usually have to pay handsomely for anything ‘Cotswold’. It’s also nice to know you’re supporting a small independent company owned by its employees (assuming the info on their website is correct). The mobile website can be a little slow and clonky so a little patience is required when booking.

Just spent half a day here with our son, doing an activity afternoon. He got to try everything out. Sailing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, rowing, catamarans and zip wire. He had an amazing time. Toilets and facilities are clean, which is always a welcome bonus. Cafe on site selling drinks, ice cream and food such as burgers, hot dogs and bacon rolls amongst other things. Would recommend, great day out for kids and adults alike. Decent size carpark, but you need to arrive early for a space. Apparently there is an overflow carpark just up the road.

This is probably our favourite of all the lakes. Lovely new cafe on the water, well run activities with well maintained equipment and site. We've noticed that all the staff have been friendly, helpful and clearly focused on making sure you have a great visit.

A heaven for dogs, dogs are allowed in the water, ice creams for dogs, amazing atmosphere on the lake everyone was happy and relaxed, no strict rules like on the other sites we were, superb choice of equipment, long opening hours in summer can't fault this place. Thank you

We went on a Katakanu with my OES, was his first time on the boat and the staff were extremely helpful at making the best choice on boat type that he’d be comfortable on, even let’s us test options first. Stopped in the cafe for a cake, a drink and Bentley enjoyed his doggy ice-cream. Such a lovely place and broke up the journey back from wales nicely, definitely recommend!

Me and my girlfriend both inexperianced rowers were made to feel thoroughly welcome by the happy and helpful staff. A great fun and relaxing hour spent on the lake followed by ice cream and coffee overlooking the lake thanks for a great experiance highly reccomended.

Great facilities, location and staff. Our scout troop enjoyed two, 2 hour sessions on the water - kayaking and SUPing. Our instructors we brilliant, friendly and helpful. We will be back next year no doubt.

Had a fantastic morning here on the water. Such a friendly helpful team. We were eight- ranging from 84 yr old granny, to daughters, sons in law and grandchildren. Wonderful to be on the water doing various things all at the same time. Recommended.

Lovely staff, great location not far from the main road (so you don't have to journey through the maze of lakes). Equipment seemed in good order. We used the stand up paddle boards which was great fun. It wasn't a sunny day but the lake (with a wetsuit) was a pleasant temperature. Found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Get there before midday if you haven't booked!
