Meet the Chef
 

We would love to introduce you to our chef Paul, who is Michelin trained and has over 27 years of experience.

He uses all of his experience and skills to exercise great control over his kitchen and has revolutionised the food offering at South Cerney Outdoor since he arrived.

He works tirelessly with his team to deliver:

  • Our street food menu
  • Large school catering
  • Catering for corporate events

When Paul joined us, his first step was to revamp our grilled panini and ciabatta range. Since then, our menu has expanded and is going from strength to strength.

He is responsible for everything that comes out of his kitchen at The Lodge and he ensures that every dish is spot on in terms of taste, texture and presentation. He has endless amounts of talent and his passion for food cannot be doubted.

His menu is designed to capture the imagination and provide guests with wholesome and flavoursome dishes that will delight our guests. Under his guidance, the team at The Lodge do their very best to offer something for everyone’s taste and dietary requirements.
