The Lodge is a unique business within a business. Opened in February 2021 at South Cerney Outdoor, overlooking a 47 acre lake in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park, The Lodge is a coffee shop with big ambitions.

After a highly successful first year with wonderful feedback, The Lodge is ready to enter it's Phase 2 of development with the inclusion of a high quality Bistro. We are looking for a Head Chef / Catering Manager to lead the team as the business transitions from great coffee and cake, to include an attractive food service throughout the day.
