What's new for May and beyond?...
As the country starts to be released back to some sort of normality, we've been able to open up many of our activities.
Here's what's new at SCO...
COURSES
All of our currently planned Whitsun and summer holiday courses programme have now been added to the website and are available to book.
We also have some weekend sailing courses for adults planned in and dependent on demand are hoping to also introduce a Start Windsurfing course.

DISCOVERY CLUB
Our Discovery Club for ages 8 - 13 year olds is available each regular weekday of the Whitsun and Summer Holidays.
The usual mix of great taster experiences on and off the water with qualified instructors. These are always highly popular so book early to avoid disappointment.

If you're not quite ready to jump into a course, but fancy giving something new a try... Our 2-3 hour taster experiences for sailing, windsurfing and paddleboarding are a perfect introduction.

FAMILY DISCOVERY DAYS
These have proved so popular over the last year and at Easter that we have added in availability most weekends from now and throughout the summer. As we've all been restricted with what we could do as a family, this is the perfect opportunity to try out a range of fun activities together under the guidance of an experienced instructor. You get to pick and choose what you do during your full day with one of our team.

CLUB NIGHTS RETURN
If you've already done your level 1 or stage 1 sailing or have had some Pay & Play paddling experience, you can join in our Tuesday and Thursday evening club nights for some extra practice and play.
We'll have an instructor on hand to give you some pointers, help you get going and give you some skills to work on... And best of all, our Lodge Cafe will be open late so you can enjoy a tasty treat on the deck during your evening visit.

PAY & PLAY
Our restricted programme of Pay & Play activities are now available to book. You get to choose from Paddleboarding, Kayaking, Canoeing and Katakanus - all bookable through the website 'Pay & Play Book Now link.
We are still operating a fully COVID compatible setup with limited size induction groups, social distancing and additional hygiene measures in between users.
Our Pay & Play availability is released each month for the following month, so you'll be able to book June's activities from mid-May

PRIVATE LESSONS
We are finally in a position to re-open our private lessons options.
You can book a two hour private lesson for 1:1 or 1:2 with an instructor in Sailing, Paddling, Windsurfing or SUP and we'll focus on the skills you need to and want to develop.
You need to book in advance via the website and we'll aim to get you hooked up with the perfect instructor for you and your ability...

IT'S PARTY TIME
With Covid rules due to open up further from 17th May, allowing slightly larger gatherings of friends outside... It means we can make our Party packages available to you.
If you have a birthday coming up or a Stag of Hen do, or just want to get together with a bunch of mates you've missed... we've got some great options for you.
We're a little limited with some activities we would normally offer such as Raft Building as they can't be done while still social distancing, but that won't stop us making what we do fun for all involved.

OUR LODGE CAFE IS OPEN...
Last, but not least, we have our Lodge cafe open to serve you the best coffee, cakes, hot chocolate and smoothies we could find... And we will soon be offering a range of savoury options too.
The Lodge is open 9:30am - 4:30pm 7 days a week, with late opening for our Club Nights till 7:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the summer.
We've got some bespoke made outdoor seating on order so you will soon be able to enjoy your drinks and teats on our lakeside deck.
