There are a number of challenges for the team to solve.
The briefing by the instructor before each challenge will give the team all the relevant information they need to carry out the task. It is then up to the team, under the supervision of the instructor, to find a way of completing the challenge.
All challenges are followed by a review to help identify the learning gained and how this can be transferred to the next challenges or other situations.
