This course is an excellent introduction to an activity which will last for a lifetime of experiences. The course will set you onto the road of exploration. Learn to launch, paddle in a straight line, turn, stop and go sideways. This can lead to the BCU 1 Star Award.

Take your paddling to the next level by combining strokes and learning new techniques in different types of kayak and canoe. This four day course will give you the skills to develop your confidence.
