What can Archery offer… It’s a sport for all. It helps to build muscle endurance and flexibility, develop hand eye coordination and body strength. Archery teaches discipline, respect and self-control it can also give a strong sense of personal achievement. Archery is ideal for young people from Y6 upwards, for those who don’t necessarily enjoy the traditional team sports and our watersports but still want to be outside..
This is an opportunity to explore the underground in our self built system of different size tunnels. We can adjust the amount of challenge depending on peoples perception of the dark.
Tunneling is great for teamwork, looking after others, encouraging each other and motivating one another to try something new.
